Line and color play equally dominant roles in Latitude artist Bernard "Ted" Tiemeyer's work. Working only inches away from his materials, Tiemeyer is able to place bold lines perfectly where he chooses. These precise lines create movement in his pieces, allowing the viewers' eyes to quickly move around the composition. Family and self actualization are Tiemeyer's primary sources of inspiration.
Ted also enjoys studying the human figure. He prefers using papier mache to bring his figures to life.
